WARRANTY POLICY
Your Kepler Brooks products have been designed with utmost care and patience. We know that our products will offer you the best experience, but in case you do need assistance, we’ve got your back! Warranty Period: All Kepler Brooks products, unless otherwise specified comes with a 3 Year Limited Warranty against any manufacturing defect. Our 3-year warranty is one of a kind wherein we offer you an assurance that the products we make are sturdy and lasting.
Type of Warranty: As the name implies, a limited warranty is limited to just the specified parts, certain types of defects, or other conditions. A limited warranty means that a Seller is contractually obligated to replace parts of a product that break or are defective over the warranty period of the product. However, the seller is not legally obligated to replace parts that are not mentioned in the warranty or are broken or misused by the consumer.
Effective Date:
This warranty shall be effective for purchases of the Products as of the date of purchase.
What is Covered in Warranty:
In cases, where any components* are determined defective and require repair or replacement, Kepler Brooks will provide the part replacement free of charge to the customer. The following shall be covered under the policy:
(a) Missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery;
(b) Defects/damages in the Products at the time of delivery;
(c) Major defects in the functionality of Hydraulics, Armrests, Casters, Base
Stand.
*Note- Any wear and tear in the leatherette of the seat or backrest post 1 year of usage will be chargeable for replacement, all other parts have 3 years of warranty against manufacturing defects.
Subject to the following:
To benefit under this warranty, Keplerbrooks Furniture LLP. must be notified of any defect within 14 days of the occurrence of such defect via an image or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to online.keplerbrooks@gmail.com;
Where Kepler Brooks has determined that a benefit under this warranty may be claimed, the costs incurred in replacing such defective part or material (including, in particular, the cost of materials or postage) shall be borne by the company; Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only;
Any replacement parts shall be sent to the address of the original purchaser;
Components replaced under this warranty may vary in color and texture to the original. If Kepler Brooks approves the return of the product due to any defect/damages or any other reasons whatsoever, the buyer shall be responsible for dismantling the complete product and packing the same in the original box/another strongbox (in case the original is not available) in such a way that the product can be picked up by the courier partner and no in-transit damage happens. The courier charges shall be borne by the company.
For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty does not cover the following:
(a) The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wears & tear in the natural course of product usage.
(b) We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of the warranty on this product.
(c) Wear and tear of PU leather/Fabric/Any Material, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes.
(d) Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Kepler Brooks.
(e) Damage caused to the Products during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to the relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided (e) Wear and tear of PU leather/Fabric/Any Material, including but not limited to cuts, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes.
(f) Minor Variations / Stitching Variations arising out of hand-made workmanship.
(g) Foam compression, Sagging due to heavy usage or misuse.
(h) Fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns
How to claim:
For any support requirements, please send an email to online.keplerbrooks@gmail.com with the product details, images, or video of the issue, a brief description of the support required, date of purchase, your contact details, order ID along with the invoice. Based on the same, our customer care team will revert with a suitable resolution.
Other Terms-
(a) Only the customer who originally bought the product and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for the warranty claim.
(b) Specifically for memory foam seats, normal change in softness, and recovery time occurs over a period of time. This does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of these seats.
(c) Products kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, Kepler Brooks may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim
(d) You agree that KeplerBrooks Furniture LLP will make the final judgment on whether a product has been significantly damaged/defective and needs a replacement/refund under the warranty..
