How do I place an order?

How will i receive my order ?
Your order is packaged under three-layer protection in a 7 ply corrugated carton box to ensure it reaches the customer in a healthy condition. It is shipped through our respected partnered courier companies to ensure timely delivery. Our packaging ensures the product is protected against any damage in transit.
How will I get confirmation of my order?
Our customer executive will call you to confirm your order as soon as you purchase it. You will get a tracking id in your mail as soon as we ship your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How is my order shipped ?
Your order is usually shipped through our esteemed delivery partners Delhivery & Bluedart. We may also ship it through any other delivery partners basis the urgency and the situation.
When is my order shipped?
Your order is usually shipped in a day or two. If there are any delays, we will provide you with relevant information for the same.
How do i track my order ?
You will be provided with a tracking ID for your order right after the shipment gets dispatched from our warehouse. You can track it on the delivery partner’s website. Alternatively, You can also reach out to our customer care team to get assistance on the same by writing to us at online.keplerbrooks@gmail.com or Call/Whatsapp us on the given numbers mentioned in contact us page.
When is the order delivered ?
We take an estimate of 5-7 working days for the shipment to get delivered but it usually reaches the customers within a week. from the date of shipment. This is usually subject to the pin code. We generally deliver within Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai in 3 days and within 7 days for the rest of India. This might extend to 10 days for J&K, WB, and States in North East.
Do we apply any shipping charges ?
Usually, the customer doesn't need to bear the shipping charges as we provide free shipping on all our products but in certain cases, the customer may have to pay a small amount for the shipping, considering these pin codes are outside serviceable pin codes for our delivery partners. You can write to us to know if your pin code falls in this bracket.
What happens to the shipping charges when I return a product I didn't like?
Kepler Brooks's return policy gives you an option to return the product/s you didn't like within 2 days of receipt. Shipping charges, if any, however, will not be refunded for these orders. Refer to our return policy to know more.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week ?
You can expect delivery of your order on all 7 days except national and state holidays.
Cancellations & Return
How do i cancel my order ?
For prepaid orders, please contact our customer care at online.keplerbrooks@gmail.com within 24 hrs of purchase to cancel the order and put in an online refund request. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it as an exception only . If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else. In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at online.keplerbrooks@gmail.com. Our customer care team will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible. Please do visit our cancellation policy page to know about cancellation charges in case we ship the order before getting the request from your side.

Installation
Is the Product DIY ( Do it Yourself )?
Yes, All of our products are DIY (Do-It-Yourself). We provide an illustrative Assembly manual along with the package to assist you to complete the assembly yourself. We also provide an assembly video to all our customers.
Do you provide tools to assist in the DIY installation?
Yes, we provide as assembly manual and a tool kit along with an Allen key to help you complete the installation. We also provide an assembly video to all our customers to help them assemble the product without any hassles.
Is it difficult and time taking to assemble the product?
Absolutely not. Most of our products are a 6 screw assembly products and do not take more than 15-20 mins to assemble it. In fact, it is a fun exercise as per our customers.
If I am unable to install myself even without the Assembly Manual and Assembly Video, would you help?
Yes, if the customers are unable to install despite going through the assembly manual and assembly video provided to them, we take pride in rescuing their customer experience journey. We will provide video call assistance within 15 mins of their inquiry, if that doesn’t help, we will send a technician within the next 2 days to complete the installation.

Is it Direct to consumer model ?
Yes, our products are directly shipped from our factory to the end user to ensure there are no middlemen. This ensures we provide our products at the best cost to the customers.
How do we design our products?
We are a strong believer in customer obsession. We start with the customer and work backwards in designing all our products. We are here to offer the best and most healthy products for our customers to make their lives better and increase their productivity. We research a lot on the current hazards related to products in the categories we deal in and try to create a product which champions the customer needs basis utility and, in this pledge, creates value for money product for our esteemed customers.
Do we test our products?
Yes, we do a drop test, weight test, and chair stand test to ensure we deliver the best products to our customers. Our chairs are BIFMA certified. We test all our models for at least 3 months before launching them for end-user. During this timeline, we test it on different users basis their height/weight/body dynamics to ensure we can offer the best chairs as per the customer's requirements.
How do we quality check your orders?
We check each and every product before dispatching it from our warehouse to the end user to ensure there are no damaged/defective parts, or missing parts in the consignment. This helps us ensure we give the best customer experience which is our top goal.
What do you do with my information?

What payment methods are accepted?
We gladly accept payments through all kinds of Debit, Credit Cards, UPI, Buy Now Pay Later options, EMI & NCEMI Options. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.
