Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If the item is refused at the time of delivery, there will be a deduction of forward and return freight charges before initiating the refund for the order once we receive the item at our warehouse. 

Free Shipping and Delivery Coverage

We do not charge any additional shipping charges for your order.  We ship your product in a box through ground shipping through any of the national shipping partners Fedex, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc. We ship our products all across India to pin codes where we have delivery coverage. Some pin codes may not be enabled as it is “Out of Delivery Area '' or under “Embargo” by one or all of our shipping partners. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and you can track the estimated shipment delivery date. Most orders will be delivered in 3 to 10 days, based on your delivery location, after the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse. 

Title to Products

Purchases of products through www.keplerbrooks.com are subject to a destination contract. This means the risk of loss and title of these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your shipping address, and Kepler Brooks is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

  • Storage: Cover with a dustproof cloth. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not keep in damp or humid environments.

  • This chair comes with a limited 1 year warranty

Replacement requests are only eligible within 10 days after the date of delivery of the product. If 10 days have passed since you received the order, unfortunately, your request won’t be eligible for authorization.

Products are only eligible for a replacement if:
The packaging of the item is tempered at the time of delivery.

● The product received is damaged or defective.

● The product is not as described on the site or differs from the mentioned size on the site.

● The product has manufacturing defects that are identified and called out to Kepler Brooks Furniture LLP within 10 days of usage.Once the customer has highlighted an issue within the called-out timeline, Kepler Brooks Furniture LLP will send a technician to check if the entire chair has to be replaced or the defective/damaged parts.

● Once the technician inspects and raises a replacement case with us, we can go ahead and initiate the replacement process.

 

How to avail the Replacement Service?
The customer must provide us with the pictures in case of the tempered, damaged, or defective product received by writing to online.keplerbrooks@gmail.com.

● The customer is required to put the product in the same packaging it was received in.
● The customer must provide us with a week's time to arrange for the reverse pickup.
● Kepler Brooks Furniture LLP will immediately send the replacement part/product once the customer shares the details as required and once the technician approves the query on inspection.
● Customer to hand over the damaged/defective part/product at the time of the delivery of replacement parts/product.

Quality and comfort

The quality of the chair is good and I liked it's sturdiness. Look, comfort, finishing everything was satisfactory. And the installation was also easy with the provided video and guide lines. On the whole this product is simply superb and I am using it for my work station at home.

This space saving office chair is a good product. It is comfortable enough to sit on. Easy to assemble.The headrest isn't the best but it works and can be adjusted slightly. Holds my weight while leaning back/reclining pretty well.The arm rest works fine but if I apply my full body weight on it can be a bit unsturdy at times (while shifting positions in the chair).Started noticing slight noise when leaning back on/after the 3rd week of use. Nothing too loud but it's there, hoping maybe a little bit of oiling or maintenance will fix the noise.Still, pretty happy with the product. It fits pretty well and does not take up too much space and does what is advertised reasonably well. This company has good after-sales service.

Perfect chair and best post purchase support

I bought this chair before an year. It was easy to assemble and the chair experience was good. The handle was not firm and wobbly but the team sent extra screws and it got fixed to an extent and I am okay with handle as well. But the overall chair experience was great. Few weeks back the base of the chair got bent, I sent a WhatsApp screenshot and with no questions asked they sent a replacement within 2 days. Really awesome customer support and they deserved this review! Good work Kepler chairs, keep going great.!
