Perfect chair and best post purchase support

I bought this chair before an year. It was easy to assemble and the chair experience was good. The handle was not firm and wobbly but the team sent extra screws and it got fixed to an extent and I am okay with handle as well. But the overall chair experience was great. Few weeks back the base of the chair got bent, I sent a WhatsApp screenshot and with no questions asked they sent a replacement within 2 days. Really awesome customer support and they deserved this review! Good work Kepler chairs, keep going great.!

Good office chair for this price range (8k)

Nice and worthy chair in terms of its workmanship, material quality, ergonomic design and other available features.Pros:- Good quality made material- Comfortable cushioning- Ease of assembling- Lot of useful features including push back with locking system, height adjustment, lean back tension adjustment, lumbar support, adjustable armrest and height adjustment.- sturdy backrestCons:- multi-tilt lock is available for 2 angles only.- Least seat height is bit higher that people below 176cm height won’t be able to place their feet flat on floor- Lumbar support is just average with not much of use. After few minutes back will hurt for already suffering people.Overall the pros outweighs the cons in my opinion and is a decent and worthy product and this price(8k). My suggestion is to use a lumbar support cushion for people facing back issues, which in my case worked well with this chair

The back cloth is coming out

There are way better chairs in this price range than this. The lumbar support is weak and the assembly process is quite hectic.I have another chair in a similar price range and the quality is far superior. It came slightly defective with the back cloth coming out as you can see in the picture. Will wait to hear from the team now but honestly, even if it’s replaced, the effort put into assembling it was so chaotic that the thought of doing it all over again, is traumatic!!!

High back support: A high back support chair is suitable for tall people and those who prefer high back. It supports the complete back - from lower back to shoulders to head as it usually has a neck rest.

Medium back support: A medium back support chair is suitable for people with medium height. This height supports your shoulders and back. It does not support your head.

Low back support: A low back support chair is suitable for short people or those who prefer low back support chairs. The backrest of this type of chair is quite low in height and barely supports the shoulders and neck and head region.

Tension Tilt Control

Armrests
