Bought on 6th July 23.Easy to assemble, build quality is top notch, sturdy and easily the most comfortable chair I have ever bought. worst quality

i have bought 2 chairs from them over years and both broke down within a year of usage .One chair backrest not locking other chairs parts became loose and detached,finally i got a green soul chair which has proved to be the best of quality

Insanely comfortable, and Mind Blowing customer service by Kepler brooks too.

Profuct arrived on Time via Blue Dart. And the chair was extremely well packed and assembly instructions were given too. It took 40 mins to assemble by myself and once done the chair was super comfortable and feels durable with the metal base. I HAD an issue with the height of the chair as im 6 foot tall hence the company sent me an entire new chair with the corrected height Gaslift which was insane since i used chairs from brands like greensoul monster and Cellbell Transformer series but both had certain defects such as the reclining function or loose armrests. This chair showed none of the issues mentioned above and was extremely comfortable too do mind that the seat has side bolsters that do touch your thighs but the padding more than makes up for it. And since the company is offering 3 years warranty, I have no worries for the future as Kepler Brooks has already shown me their level of customer service which i must say is extremely good. I highly recommend thus chair if your looking for a chair in the 13k price range as others wont have the features or customer service that this chair and brand offers. I really look forward to purchasing more products in the future.

Best ergonomic chair in it's class

Recently ordered Kepler Brooks Oscar Ergonomic Gaming Chair after my older one broke and I have to say that Kepler Brooks chair has me very satisfied. For its price, it contains plenty of features that you see in more expensive brands yet the overall quality is good. The customer service also has been very helpful - right from informing when they shipped the chair to confirming if assembly went well and if there are any problems besides guiding through their registration/warranty process. In my case, one of the cover panels for left-side mechanism broke in transit & the team were quick to send a replacement asap. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and the service provided.PS - some of the screw & assembly instructions can be mildly confusing yet can be quickly understood by looking at their assembly video. The self-assembly process is also very simple thanks to the mostly good assembly instructions sheet found in the package. They also provide couple of extra screws which is great.

At least 75% of the thigh needs to be supported by the seat of a good chair. Chairs with a seat sliding mechanism allows the user to slide the seat in and out while sitting in the chair and refrain from any stress on the lower body making the seating experience personalised and comfortable.

Lumbar support & Backrest

The presence of good adjustable lumbar support is a must to have point. The lumbar support your spine and equally distributes the upper body weight, including the neck and head. The chair’s adjustable backrest allows for proper truncal movement and protects your spinal cord. The concave curve of the backrest ( bulged in shape or s-shape ) helps to spread the weight distribution equally, and in turn, reduces the concentration of stress on your back. Sitting in a chair without lumbar support flattens that curve over a duration and leads to lower back pain and musculoskeletal disorders.

A good backrest should be anywhere between 12 to 19 inches wide. It needs to support the natural curve of the spine. It should promote dynamic seating rather than a static one to make the posture correct for user and generate increased blood flow. It should be able to recline (specifically between 100-135 degrees )and rock at any position the user wants and is comfortable with to absorb pressure in the lumbar discs to provide least pressure on the muscle activity of the user.

High back support: A high back support chair is suitable for tall people and those who prefer high back. It supports the complete back - from lower back to shoulders to head as it usually has a neck rest.

Medium back support: A medium back support chair is suitable for people with medium height. This height supports your shoulders and back. It does not support your head.

Low back support: A low back support chair is suitable for short people or those who prefer low back support chairs. The backrest of this type of chair is quite low in height and barely supports the shoulders and neck and head region.

Tension Tilt Control

The angle at which the backrest of the chair can be flexed is an important factor is choosing an ergonomic chair. The chair’s ability to provide tension tilt control meaning the ability to loosen or harden the tilt angle of the backrest is a must to have feature in your chair.

Armrests

The armrests need to be flexible and adjustable with soft padding on top for resting the arms on it. The ideal height of armrests is anywhere between 7” to 10” above the seat. The armrests should be soft, broad and comfortable for the users to allow proper rest to the elbows and forearms while working. Movement and swivel with stability

Materials Used to make the chair

Frame - The frame of the chair needs to be either metal, nylon or wood depending on what type of chair it is. It needs to blend and complement the seat of the chair.

Wheels - The wheels should be PU dual castor wheels to make it ergonomic.
