Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless mentioned otherwise on the order page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If the item is refused at the time of delivery, there will be a deduction of forward and return freight charges before initiating the refund for the order once we receive the item at our warehouse. 

Free Shipping and Delivery Coverage

We do not charge any additional shipping charges for your order.  We ship your product in a box through ground shipping through any of the national shipping partners Fedex, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc. We ship our products all across India to pin codes where we have delivery coverage. Some pin codes may not be enabled as it is “Out of Delivery Area '' or under “Embargo” by one or all of our shipping partners. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and you can track the estimated shipment delivery date. Most orders will be delivered in 3 to 10 days, based on your delivery location, after the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse. 

Title to Products

Purchases of products through www.keplerbrooks.com are subject to a destination contract. This means the risk of loss and title of these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your shipping address, and Kepler Brooks is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery. 

Delivery Delays & Damages:

  1. any shipping delays beyond the estimated delivery date
  2. the shipment is delivered in damaged condition

  • The product will be delivered semi-assembled.

  • Assembly can be easily done by the buyer. We provide tool kits and screws .

  • Assembly Manual is provided in the package.

  • During Use: Avoid the use of acute objects or blades. Avoid direct sunlight and strong light. Regularly check the kinectic parts and screws. If there are any issues, fix them accordingly before regular use.

  • Storage: Cover with a dustproof cloth. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not keep in damp or humid environments.

  • This chair comes with a limited 1 year warranty

Replacement requests are only eligible within 10 days after the date of delivery of the product. If 10 days have passed since you received the order, unfortunately, your request won’t be eligible for authorization.

Products are only eligible for a replacement if:
The packaging of the item is tempered at the time of delivery.

● The product received is damaged or defective.

● The product is not as described on the site or differs from the mentioned size on the site.

● The product has manufacturing defects that are identified and called out to Kepler Brooks Furniture LLP within 10 days of usage.Once the customer has highlighted an issue within the called-out timeline, Kepler Brooks Furniture LLP will send a technician to check if the entire chair has to be replaced or the defective/damaged parts.

● Once the technician inspects and raises a replacement case with us, we can go ahead and initiate the replacement process.

 

How to avail the Replacement Service?
The customer must provide us with the pictures in case of the tempered, damaged, or defective product received by writing to online.keplerbrooks@gmail.com.

● The customer is required to put the product in the same packaging it was received in.
● The customer must provide us with a week's time to arrange for the reverse pickup.
● Kepler Brooks Furniture LLP will immediately send the replacement part/product once the customer shares the details as required and once the technician approves the query on inspection.
● Customer to hand over the damaged/defective part/product at the time of the delivery of replacement parts/product.
